Talon Talk: Birds of Prey Presentation

Join us on September 24, 2026, for an exciting and educational evening featuring amazing birds of prey. This unique presentation gives you the opportunity to learn about these incredible animals up close while supporting the animals at Action For Animals Humane Society.

The event will be held at the Action For Animals Activity & Administration Building, located at 386 SR 217, Latrobe, PA 15650. Doors will open at 5:00 PM, giving guests time to browse our basket raffle, purchase refreshments, and get settled in before the presentation begins. The Talon Talk presentation will start at 6:00 PM and will feature fascinating birds of prey along with educational information about their habitats, behaviors, and conservation.

Advance registration is required and the cost is $10 per person, which also includes a chance to win a door prize.

Bring your family and friends for an evening of education, entertainment, and fun while helping support the homeless animals in our care. We look forward to seeing you there!

The event is presented by Nature’s Educators, a 501c3 non-profit wildlife education program mainly serving southern and western Colorado giving educational presentations on wildlife and wild places. They also offer virtual programming, flight shows, and continuing education.
