Walk for the Animals 2025

Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025, for Action for Animals Humane Society’s annual Walk for the Animals at Twin Lakes Park Pavilion #20, or participate virtually from your favorite walking spot! Registration begins at 11:00 AM, followed by a Blessing of the Pets at 11:45 AM, and the walk kicks off at 12:00 PM, rain or shine. Enjoy a fun-filled day featuring a beautiful walk through the park, vendors, games, contests, basket raffles, prizes, and on-site veterinarians available to answer your pet health questions.
Each registration includes an official Walk for the Animals t-shirt. Walkers attending the in-person event will receive their shirts the day of the walk if registered by September 1st. Virtual participants can have their shirts shipped for an added fee or pick them up for free at the AFA Shelter. Those registering by September 1st for either in-person or virtual participation will be contacted when their shirts are ready for pickup.
Pre-register online for $30, or register the day of for $40; children are $20 each. Proceeds benefit the animals at Action for Animals Humane Society, and the walker who raises the most funds will win a special prize. Whether you walk at the park or in your neighborhood, you’ll be making a meaningful difference for animals in need!
